Was this review helpful?   1 of 1 people found the following review helpful:   Best Prices & Selection and Outstanding Service November 3, 2011 Reviewer: Northern Schnauzer from Springfield, VA   This company has unique items, which are hard to find almost anywhere in the United States.  They have the Bosnian coffee that I like in good-sized packages (large) at a reasonable price.  They also have a wide selection of jezves and sets.  Customer service is outstanding:  Mustafa Arat, the president of the company, personally helped me with a problem, and in this manner, he showed me that he does care about his customers.  Because of all the above, I will definitely buy from Turkish Coffee World again, and I will most heartily recommend the company to my family and friends. The biggest Mustafa could ever offer was/is 24oz, which is still too small for large parties. And, that's the reason for the 4/5 stars. Otherwise, Mustafa and TCW are wonderful to do business with. One can experiment with different coffee types: 20 - 25% cardamom HaSeeB coffee from Syria was too much spice; and Zlatna Dzezva Premium Bosnian Coffee by Vispak had lost its vacuum and, therefore most of its flavor. No matter, these coffees were still exciting to try. Personally, I love TCW and expect to be back for more this holiday season.
