What makes it so different?

The making of baklava is an art form. In addition, the quality of the ingredients are extremely important in achieving great taste. Seyidoglu is very selective when chosing them. For example, they only use a yellow flour, tough wheat flour, that is from a specific region in South East Anatolia. The butter they use is also from the same area which is again very natural, fresh and the highest quality. The recipe they use is generations old and they are very proud of the fact that they have never compromised the taste and quality of the Seyidoglu Baklava over the years.

Although the Seyidoglu baklavas do not include any preservatives or additives it will remain fresh up to 10 days after delivery. Baklava is kept frozen until shipped so it will arrive ready to be enjoyed!
