Each unique copper piece is hand made by experienced artisans in Turkey. Our coffee makers are made with heavy thick copper and are tin lined inside for ease of cleaning.

WHY COPPER?
Copper, more than any other metal, is known for its ability to diffuse heat evenly and conduct it quickly throughout its surface. Hence, it is used all over the world as high-efficiency conductors of heat and are especially coveted for their ability to quickly bring water to a boil. These are easy to care for, needing only an occasional cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Also, they tend to look better and gain more character as they age...just like people!

PORCELAIN CUP & SAUCER
Traditionally designed gold-plated fine porcelain cup and saucer by Gural Porcelain, the leading porcelain tableware manufacturer in Turkey. It was established in 1973 in Kütahya, the city that is world renown for it's porcelain.

MUSTAFA EFENDI GOURMET TURKISH COFFEE

We are proud to offer you our own brand of gourmet Turkish coffee! Unlike the way roasters typically do their coffee tasting (cupping) where they just pour hot water over a cup of coffee grounds; instead we brew each variety before we select our bean. This is because Turkish coffee is the only method of brewing where coffee beans are roasted again, thus changing the taste. So just cupping will not do. Once you taste our coffee you'll understand our methodology.
